This fellow is the great Confucius, that's for sure. But I really have no idea who this might be nor if it's a he (Looks pretty female to me). It can be the ancient Chinese philosopher himself in his younger days or maybe one of his -pupils- follower. (The only thing I can assure you is that he needs to borrow my tweezer)
