Strange things are going on these days and they’re keeping me awake. School is closed for summer vacation so Didi’s at home these days. It's not unusual to see my house turning into a coney island’s playground but on their 3rd day off from school the kids got bored already. Maybe it’s just me, it’s pretty odd but I can’t remember being bored one single day in my teens. Unlike other days it’s no fun having the kids around; Yesterday two of Didi’s friends were rude to each other and got in a fight using my floor sweeper and a rubber hose as weapons. While pulling them away from each other one roughly pushed my hand away from his shoulder and yelled some nasty words. Damn, my hand was itching to slap him on his bottom. Another rotten day of this week was last Monday. While 296,543,904 individuals were getting stuffed on their annual picnic and mothers were giving births or nephews were celebrating their wedding anniversary, I had to deal with a call from the past named renal carcinoma. I’d know what it can do to you, I’ve witnessed a healthy young man deforming into a rotten piece of flesh. This may sound harsh, yes I know, but it’s one of the true aspects of life which is most likely too sour to swallow. Or in less words: It sucks...BIG. Yes, the beginning of this summer season has been particularly worrisome but next week I’ll be laying my duck butt on a warm sandy beach, hopefully only thinking of pleasant things. A frosted mug filled with beer for example would be nice :)
